This series consists of allotment ledger sheets (Standard Form 1015) that describe the expenditures for various accounts at Haskell Institute. Each entry on the sheets for fiscal years 1948 - 1950 includes previous balance; date of entry; symbol; reference number; description; net disbursement vouchers; liquidated and incurred obligations allotments; and unobligated balance of allotment. Each entry for fiscal years 1941 - 1947 includes the date; reference number; description; audited vouchers; liquidated and authorized encumbrances; reimbursable collections; allotments; and unencumbered balance of allotment. Some of the expenditures include transportation of supplies, payments to businesses, and telephone payments.
